Payments
Payment can be made by either bank transfer or cash.
(Bank transfer is preferred when possible)
Please make sure that your payment is made in full at the time of your appointment.
Booking & Cancellation policy
A 20% booking fee is required for all bookings,
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. (This also includes cancelling part of an appointment)
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. Should you need to re arrange your appointment with in the 48 hours notice period that booking fee can be transferred to another appointment.
On the day cancellations & no shows will be charged for the full missed appointment.
